At HI IQ Learning, we believe that every individual deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and care to foster a safe, fun, and supportive environment. Our camps are designed to encourage learning and collaboration, free from inappropriate language, unsafe actions, or unethical behavior.
Every student plays a vital role in our community, and we all share the responsibility to act in ways that promote kindness, mutual respect, and consideration for others. The safety and well-being of our students and team members are our highest priorities, and we kindly ask that you discuss these behavior expectations with your child before camp begins.
If a student behaves in a way that disrupts the camp experience for others or jeopardizes the safety of students or staff, parents will be contacted immediately, and the student may be sent home. HI IQ Learning reserves the right to ask students not to return to camp if their behavior consistently and negatively impacts others. Please note that in such cases, tuition fees will not be refunded.
We appreciate your help in maintaining a positive and respectful learning environment for everyone.
Outdoor Play:
Students will have the opportunity to enjoy outdoor breaks and free play as part of our program. While outdoor play is essential for physical and social development, it’s important to remember that there are inherent risks associated with it. Rest assured, our dedicated staff is committed to ensuring a safe and supervised environment during these activities. Your child’s safety is our top priority, and we encourage them to explore and have fun while being mindful of their surroundings. If you have any concerns or questions, please feel free to reach out to us.
Lunch and Snacks:
Please send a small snack with your child each day. For lunch, you may either send a home-packed lunch or sign up for our purchased lunch option. Purchased lunches feature meals from our friendly neighbors in Manoa Marketplace, including Manoa Sushi, Subway, L&L, Brug, and Aroma Italia. Each purchased lunch includes a meal, a bag of chips, and juice.
Please note that purchased lunch options will apply to all weeks your child is enrolled in camp. The cost of purchased lunches will be invoiced separately after registration, reflecting the total amount based on the number of camp weeks selected.
If you prefer to purchase lunch for specific weeks only or customize the daily menu for each week, please leave the lunch section blank on the registration form and contact our administrative team directly.
